1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2025) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (PhP1,543,660.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-021-03-25, BRANDED AND BRAND NEW HOSPITAL, MEDICAL AND DENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR CVM-VTH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
