1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2025) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR PESOS (PhP7,589,654.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-S-001-01-25, PROCUREMENT OF DISMANTLING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORT AND FINAL DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS (ACM) FOR CAS-IC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
