1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND TF/GF/RF 2025) intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP6,250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-RES-047-05-25, DIAGNOSTIC AND LABORATORY SERVICES FOR CAS-IBS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
