1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of PhP 20,999,207.10 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPLB-IF-003-05-24 REBID, PROPOSED UPGRADING OF LAND GRANT FACILITIES, UP LAGUNA-QUEZON LAND GRANT, SINILOAN, LAGUNA, (CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICAL POWER AND WATER DISTRIBUTION LINES & UPGRADING OF ROAD NETWORKS (PHASE I)). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The U.P. LOS BAÑOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days.
