1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS AND 81/100 ONLY (PhP1,148,457.81) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-015-06-25, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF NETWORK REHABILITATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE PLANNING - (DCERP) COLLEGE OF HUMAN ECOLOGY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
