1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY TWO PESOS AND 50/100 ONLY (PhP1,387,762.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-004-02-25 SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISIONING OF 1 UNIT 40 HP SUBMERSIBLE PUMP AND MOTOR 230VOLTS WITH ACCESSORIES AND MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
