1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the UPLB Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS AND 05/100 ONLY (PhP1,003,248.05) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-I-001-02-25 SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS FOR IPB & OVCRE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
