1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES LOS BAÑOS (UPLB), through the (SOURCE OF FUND GAA 2025) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN PESOS (PhP1,070,147.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for UPLB-EP-2025-009 REBID, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED AND BRAND NEW CHEMICALS AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS FOR VARIOUS OFFICES REBID . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
