1. The Local Government of Pamplona, Camarines Sur, through the Supplemental
Budget No. 1 under 20% MEDF 2025-R1 intends to apply the sum of Three Million
Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php3,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading/Construction of
Municipal Road, Zone 4, Poblacion, Pamplona, Camarines Sur/100-25-09-1054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government of Pamplona, Camarines Sur, through Supplemental Budget
