1. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades (SICAT), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,266,000.00) for the Upgrading of Training Equipment Towards Higher Level TVET in Diploma Courses and Regular Program for Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades (SICAT) of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
