Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE UPGRADING OF SESSION HALL, LEGISLATIVE BUILDING (BRGY. TANGLAW, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY)

1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 25-00595-LF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos and 40/100 Only (5,010,910.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the UPGRADING OF SESSION HALL, LEGISLATIVE BUILDING located at BRGY. TANGLAW, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY (Project Reference NoB2 GF SB2 ESPS 25-12-116). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
