1. The MAYOR HILARION A. RAMIRO SR. MEDICAL CENTER (MHARSMC), through the Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos and Seventy Centavos (Php 3,265,865.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Upgrading/Renovation of OPD 1 Complex Facade. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
