Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE UPGRADING OF PERIMETER FENCE AT DA-PREC, MAIN, STA. BARBARA, PANGASINAN

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Thirteen Pesos and Sixty-One Centavos (PhP1,499,013.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the UPGRADING OF PERIMETER FENCE AT DA-PREC, MAIN, STA. BARBARA, PANGASINAN with project identification number DA RFO-1-2026-INFRA-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and specifications, to wit:
