1. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF TELBANG, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through its BDRRMC intends to apply an amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT & 82/100 (Php168,158.82) PESOS ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE UPGRADING OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT AT BARANGAY TELBANG, ALAMINOS CITY, PANASINAN Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
