INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
UPGRADING OF LOCAL ACCESS ROAD AT PUROK 1C TO PUROK 4, BRGY. MALATIVAS, PANABO CITY (REBID)
1.The City Government of Panabo, through the CEO-20% Development Fund C.Y 2025 of Appropriation Ordinance No. 51, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and Forty-One Centavos (Php 21,599,558.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPGRADING OF LOCAL ACCESS ROAD AT PUROK 1C TO PUROK 4, BRGY. MALATIVAS, PANABO CITY (REBID) with Project Identification No. 6Ed2025-63. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 180 calendar days.
