UPGRADING FOR LEVEL 3 WATER SYSTEM
1. The Barangay government of Mahayahay, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Five Hundred Thousand pesos (P 500,000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2025) of Barangay Mahayahay intended for the procurement of Upgrading for level 3 Water system.
2. The Barangay Mahayahay now invites bids for the “Upgrading for level 3 Water System”. Supply and Delivery of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
