The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 15 series of 2018, dated 13 December 2018, intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and 85/100 Only (1,887,721.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NS-12-10-24: Upgrading/Installation of 3-75KVA Exclusive Transformers at GB Tan Memorial Hospital Brgy. SMH, Laoang, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
