Invitation to Bid for the Upgrading of Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan from Level 1 to Level 2, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-10 intends to apply the sum of PhP19,495,680.09 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan from Level 1 to Level 2, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-052r1-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Upgrading of Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan from Level 1 to Level 2, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. Completion of the Works is required within 285 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
