Description : Invitation to Bid for
Upgrading of ICT Infrastructure and Services in Batangas State University - Alangilan
1) The Batangas State University, through the Supplemental Budget FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Six pesos (Php 21,155,966.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC,) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of ICT Infrastructure and Services in Batangas State University - Alangilan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Batangas State University now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
