1 The Local Government of Dolores, through the SBDP, NTF-ELCAC of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of Farm to Market Road Phase II at Barangay Magongbong/ PB-CW-25-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically be rejected at bid opening.
