Description : Invitation to Bid for Upgrading of Electrical System of Balaoan
District Hospital, Balaoan, La Union

The Provincial Government of La Union, through the Annual Budget CY2025 (DF)
intends to apply the sum of ₱10,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Electrical System
of Balaoan District Hospital, Balaoan, La Union / INFRA-25-15-DF-005. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project Completion of the Works is required March 30, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, within 150 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
