1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on UPGRADING EARLY WARNING AND MONITORING WEATHER STATION. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
