Project Name: UPGRADING OF DISTRICT HOSPITAL (DINAGAT DISTRICT
HOSPITAL)

1. The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands, through the 20% PDF 2025 intends
to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (₱6,000,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of
Dinagat District Hospital (Dinagat District Hospital) located at Brgy. Escolta,
Dinagat, Dinagat Islands, Project Identification Number INFRA 2025-17. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of
