Description : The Municipality of Calintaan, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of Barangay Hall at Malpalon with Project Number 2025-10-87. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Calintaan now invites bids for Upgrading of Barangay Hall at Malpalon composed of removal & installation ceiling, installation of water proofing membrane (71.00 sqm), installation of glass wall panel, repair of electrical fixtures, installation of 1 unit 2hp ACU and repainting of interior and exterior walls of the building.

Completion of the Works is required in Forty Five (45) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
