  Description : 1) The Davao del Sur State College, through the FUND 163E 2025 intends to apply the
  sum of Four Million Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php
  4,358,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
  contract for Upgrading of Bamboo Clonal Nursery Complex at Davao Del Sur State
  College (DSSC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
  bid opening.
  2) The DSSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works
  is required 120 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
  have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
  a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
