2. Overview
The Newborn Screening Reference Center (NSRC) is providing this Terms of Reference to explicitly stipulate the terms and conditions and technical requirements relative to the upgrading of ARCGIS Software and the initially mapping configuration of the newborn screening map. The system has been up since March 2021. However, the current online subscription is only limited to a number of users and does not cover viewers.
Upgrading of ARCGIS subscription will make the maps viewable by selected newborn screening implementers across the country and will enable seamless connection between the maps the database in the servers.
The support and maintenance on ARCGIS Desktop [software use to create maps on PC] and current mapping configuration is necessary to ensure that the systems are secured, data stored is safe and that the geodatabases are updated, up to the point coordinates of the entries... - Documents:
