Description : 1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income-CO intends to apply the sum of PESOS Thirty-Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Eight & 88/100 (Php 34,957,228.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading and Rehabilitation of Electrical Feederlines and Panelboard of Old Main Building (I, J, K, L & M) including Construction of Main Electrical Room-Rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bicol Medical Center now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
