INVITATION TO BID FOR THE UPGRADING AND INSTALLATION OF PHILIPPINE PUBLIC SECTOR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2025 AND TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (P390,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the UPGRADING AND INSTALLATION OF PHILIPPINE PUBLIC SSECTOR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM with an ITB#2025-29. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
