Description : The Department of Justice (DOJ) National Prosecution Service Region 7, through the Regional Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting interested parties to submit quotations for the following project:

1. Procurement of UPGRADE OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY FOR REGIONAL PROSECUTION OFFICES OF REGION 7

• Approved Budget for the Contract - P 792,720.00

2. Prices and specifications for the bid should be valid for FORTY-FIVE(45) days;
3. DELIVERY PERIOD: THIRTY (30) DAYS upon receipt of Purchase Order unless otherwise agreed upon;
4. The item/s shall be delivered according to the accepted offer of the bidder;
5. Term of Payment: SEND BILL ARRANGEMENT, unless specified;
6. Total price quoted below is subject to withholding tax; and
7. Quotations must be submitted to the BAC or its Secretariat on or before 3 days from receipt of the RFQ or posting in the PhilGEPS.
