1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Continuing Appropriations of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Forty Five Million Eight Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP45,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrade of DOH Existing Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Virtualization Licenses, Support and Services, and Server Preventive Maintenance in Selected CHDs and Hospitals (Phase 2) under IB No. 2025-133. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
