Project Specifications/Details:
The Consultant will:
Review and Recommendation of areas for Enhancement of the manuals;
Drafting of the revised PMO Module and RPFP Resource Manual based on approved outline and areas for enhancement;
Pre-testing of the modules and consultation with experts and integration of inputs from the consultation and validation workshops into the manual;
Preparation of template PowerPoint presentations for the manuals.
