1. The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union, through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for UPDATING OF THE CLUP 2024-2023 MAINSTREAMING CLIMATE DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT (CDRA) INTO THE CLUP / CONSULTING 25-07-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
