• SSS shall withhold the applicable taxes from the amount payable in accordance with the BIR regulations.

• Payment is upon delivery of services and submission of billing documents; and shall be directly credited to the Supplier-s bank account maintained at Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), or bank transfer in non-LBP accounts where corresponding bank charges shall be paid by the payee.
