1. The Privatization and Management Office (PMO), through the Retention Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixty-One Thousand Pesos (Php1,061,000.00) for Lot 1 - Supply, Delivery, and Installation of CCTV System at PMO Building and Mile Long Complex in Makati City, and SCAIC Warehouse in Valenzuela City [PMO-06-2025-A] and One Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 139,000.00) for Lot 2 - Supply, Delivery, and Installation of CCTV System at PMO Property in Toril, Davao City [PMO-06-2025-B] being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
