Description : The Department of Education - Schools Division of Ilocos Sur is in need of Suppliers for the Truck Hire for the Delivery of 2025 SBFP Food Supplies to Drop Off Schools with the following details:
ITEM AND DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT
1 Delivery Truck Hire 1 unit
- preferably 24 ft Wing van truck
- inclusion of fuel,1 driver and 3 helpers for loading /unloading of SBFP food supplies from SDO to drop off schools.
-The winning bidder shall shoulder the meals and snacks of the driver and helpers.
Schedule of delivery:
1st delivery - September,2025
2nd delivery - October,2025
