4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION.
5. For submission with the price quotation or upon receipt of a notification from the procuring entity, the following shall be attached.
