DIFFERENT DROP-OFF POINTS IN REGION VIII UNDER CY 2025 SPRLCP

1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region VIII, through the CY 2025 SPRLCP
intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand
Three Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (₱1,933,360.00) being the ABC to payments
under the contract for the Transport, Handling and Delivery of 48,334 Pieces of
OPV Coconut Seedlings from PCA-Davao Research Center (DRC) to Different
Drop-off Points in Region VIII under CY 2025 SPLCP with public bidding no.
2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The PCA VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods will start immediately after receipt of Notice to Proceed and will be dependent
upon the availability of the seedlings from PCA-DRC and every delivery should be
