1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XIV- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Coconut Farmers And Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) -Coconut Hybridization Program (CHP) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand pesos only (Php 2,184,000.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Transport and Handling Services of 156,000 hybrid seednuts including 10% mortality allowance under Coconut Farmers And Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) - Coconut Hybridization Program (CHP) CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
