I. Background and Rationale

As part of the Philippine Coconut Authority's (PCA) Learning and Development Plan for CY 2025 and in line with its Gender and Development (GAD) Agenda, this workshop is designed to support the agency-s commitment to a gender-responsive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
