Description : The Philippine National Police Health Service (PNP HS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement-Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement), with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) amounting to Two Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP262,500.00) for the Training Expenses in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Quotations must be delivered at the Logistics & Procurement Division, 3rd Floor, PNP Health Service Bldg. Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City on or before 10:00 AM, May 19, 2025.

Your price quotation must be quoted in Philippine Peso and must include the unit price and total price, inclusive of all taxes to be paid if the contract is awarded.

All quotations must be type or written in indelible ink and must be placed in sealed envelope marked “TRAINING EXPENSES (RFQ NO. HS-008-2025)”.

Quotation shall be valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the Opening of Quotation.
