REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

(LEASE OF VENUE AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING ON BASIC INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM FOR MEMBERS OF MDRRMC ON OCTOBER 1-3, 2025)

The Municipality of Baras hereinafter referred as “the lessee”, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invite interested parties to submit quotation for Lease of Venue and Hotel Accommodation for the Conduct of Training on Basic Incident Command System for Member of MDRRMC on October 1-3, 2025 through Negotiated Procurement/Lease of Real Property (Sec. 53.10, IRR of R.A. No. 9184) with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (Php 402,000.00).

a) Location of the venue to be leased should be accessible to commuting public and preferably in Cavite, must accommodate at least Forty Five (45) pax;
