REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

The MAGRO, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipality of Banaybanay, Davao Oriental hereby notifies and invites you to submit your quotation/bid for the hereunder proposed project/request, viz; TRAINING ON BANANA CHIPS PRODUCTION WITH PROVISION OF PACKAGING MATERIALS AND WORKING CAPITAL (60,750.00)

The BAC shall recommend to the HOPE the award of contract in favor of the supplier or contractor with the Single or Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (for goods or infrastructure projects), or consultant with the Single or Highest Rated and Responsive Proposal (for consulting services). In case of approval, the HOPE shall enter into contract with the said supplier, contractor or consultant.

Delivery of the above-mentioned project/request shall be within 30 calendar days from the receipt of Contract/Notice to Proceed.

All quotations shall be considered as fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during the contract implementation.
