Description : SCOPE OF DELIVERABLES
RESOURCE PERSON/ FACILITATOR REQUIREMENTS
The Service Provider shall provide a qualified Resource Person/ Facilitator who must:
● Have conducted at least two (2) reflective programs, vision-mapping sessions, or personal and organizational development activities within the last two (2) to three (3) years in government or private organizations.
● Possess a background in Organizational Development, Leadership, Coaching, Psychology, or non-denominational spirituality.
● Capable of synthesizing the session in relation to the set objectives.
● The Service Provider shall cover the speaker-s professional fees, transportation, materials, and overall logistical support.
● The proposed Resource Person / Facilitator shall be subject to the review and approval of TPB.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
Availability
● The venue must be available from 18-20 March 2026.
● The venue must allow an ocular inspection prior to the event.
● The venue must comfortably accommodate thirty-five (35) participants.
