REQUIREMENTS:SERVICES OF A TOUR OPERATOR FOR ANNUAL TPB MEMBERS- NIGHT

SPECIFICATIONS/ SCOPE OF WORK/ SERVICES/ DELIVERABLES

1. Land Transportation
- Two (2) units of van (2018 model or newer) with driver (inclusive of gas, parking fees, meals, accommodation and overtime fees) on the event date
- Vehicles should have umbrellas on standby.
- Maximum use of 15 hours a day, in excess shall be charged to overtime but not to exceed 5 hours
- Route: within Metro Manila
2. Accommodation
- Two (2) Wash Up/ Secretariat Rooms (1 male and 1 female)
3. Meals
- Provision of AM snacks, PM snacks, Lunch and Dinner during the ingress for a maximum of 10 pax amounting to PhP500.00/ pax
