Description : 1. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eighty Million Pesos Only (PhP80,000,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services of a Global Public Relations Agency for the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines 2025 / REI No. 2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2.
