Description : 1. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (PhP25,000,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services of a Public Relations Agency for the World Expo 2025 Osaka / REI No. 2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The TPBPHL now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services of a Public Relations Agency for the World Expo 2025 Osaka. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 14 March 2025 at 09:00 AM at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat, Procurement Management Division, 6th Floor, Five E-Com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
