Description : SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES:
• Provision of internet service
• Testing, installation, and commissioning as needed.

GENERAL PROVISION
• This document prescribes the complete purchase and delivery of services for the project that the provider will undertake in full compliance with the requirements.
• If there is an apparent contradiction or ambiguity between the sections of this document, the provider shall bring the matter to the attention of the TPB during the pre-bid conference and shall obtain their decision as to the true meaning or intention proceeding with the affected supply.
• In the event of the provider-s inability to meet service level agreements, the TPB shall have the right to collect rebates or unilaterally terminate the contract. It shall not be held liable for payment of any fees.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
• Installation of high-quality internet service carried through a highly resilient access network and delivered through fiber optic technology with robust, extensive, and diversely routed and congestion-free connectivity.
