1) The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through the 2026 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP3,400,000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Services of a Tour Operator for the Philippine-China Travel Exchange (PHILCITEX) 2026 for Lots 1-4 . Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
