  Project Identification/Invitation to Bid No. 25-01-0004
  
  1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of of Eleven Million Sixty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and Fifty Two Centavos Only (P 11,069,735.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as payment contract for the TOURIST REST AREA, PATIKUL, SULU bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
