-Provision of 2 vehicles (van) available for 10 hours/day with
overtime pay on November 18-24, 2025, including driver,
meals for the driver, parking, and other fees (for airport
transfers and vice versa, and every day travel to the venue
and accommodation)

-Provision of accommodation for 4 stakeholders near the
event venue with cooking area
Check-in: November 18, 2025
Check-out: November 24, 2025

-Provision of cooking equipment in the accommodation

-Provision of paper plates and spoon and fork for the food
tasting at the venue

-Payment for the ingredients, materials, and cargo freight of
the invited stakeholder
